Is you glass half empty or half full?

Everyone goes through a crisis at some point of their life.  A crisis is a crossroad to a positive or negative path.  You have the power to take a bad situation and turn it into a positive one.  Or became a victim and choose to see only the negative.

I was talking to my friend who was pregnant with her first child. She told me that her husband lost his job.  I felt so bad for her, I was ready to give her words of encouragement.  But instead I listened to her tell me how wonderful it’s been to have him home.  He drives her to work, packs her lunches and takes care of all the household choirs.

Researchers found that optimistics are happier, healthier and wealthier than pessimists.  Some people find it difficult to find good in every challenging situation.  While optimists find it easier to spend their days happy rather than miserable.  Because they know no matter what gets thrown their way it’s for the best.

How do you see events and objects?  Is your glass half full or empty?
